Job Description Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Manage and update hotel website content (including SEO optimization). Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, etc.). Write and edit marketing content in both English and Thai (must be able to read and write Thai fluently). Manage online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor performance. Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance and website analytics. Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, Wellness, Sales) for promotions and campaigns. Work closely with graphic designers and agencies to ensure brand consistency. Manage online listings and OTA content accuracy. Monitor online reviews and support reputation management efforts. Provide flexible support to the Marketing Department on additional tasks, campaigns, events, and projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior internship or relevant experience in digital marketing is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai, with the ability to read and write Thai fluently. Basic knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation. Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, or similar platforms (preferred). Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance data. Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support various Marketing Department tasks. Flexible with working hours as required by the nature of hotel operations, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
