Job Description Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers Collaborate with other departments i.e Rooms, Sales & F&B in creating effective marketing campaigns. Optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation. Plan and monitor the ongoing Novotel Sharjah presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google etc.) Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase Novotel Sharjah and brand awareness Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and make data-driven recommendations Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing. Experience with graphic design and content production. Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
