Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description Digital Marketing & Online Campaigns Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising platforms Manage official social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content aligned with brand guidelines Monitor digital trends and recommend innovative marketing ideas Graphic Design & Creative Support Design marketing materials including digital banners, social media posts, EDMs, posters, flyers, menus, and presentations Adapt and resize artworks for different platforms and formats Ensure all creative outputs comply with brand standards and visual identity guidelines Website & Content Management Update website content, promotions, visuals, and landing pages Ensure digital content is accurate, visually appealing, and SEO-friendly Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external agencies when required Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools Prepare monthly reports with key insights and improvement recommendations Monitor online reviews, social engagement, and brand sentiment Coordination & Brand Management Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to support marketing initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials Support hotel promotions, events, and campaigns with digital exposure Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design. Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is an advantage.
