As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement Manage and optimize company websites using Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure accurate content, SEO optimization, and seamless user experience Oversee and maintain Google Business Profiles for all properties, ensuring high accuracy and completeness Implement effective SEO strategies, including keyword-rich content creation, to improve visibility and drive traffic Manage paid media campaigns across search, display, and programmatic platforms, optimizing performance and budget allocation Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute CRM strategies that align with broader campaign activities Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other tools to monitor user behavior, conversion paths, and overall effectiveness Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and technical improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar digital marketing role Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies and delivering on KPIs Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and SEO optimization techniques Experience managing Google Business Profiles and paid media campaigns across various platforms Strong analytical skills with expertise in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other marketing analytics tools Knowledge of CRM strategies and email marketing platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing Experience with social media marketing and content creation Basic understanding of web design principles Passion for digital marketing and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Job-Category: Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
