Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Our Performance Marketing Specialist is a professional focused on driving measurable results through digital marketing efforts, with an emphasis on return on investment (ROI).
This role typically involves creating and managing campaigns across various digital channels, such as search engines, social media, email and affiliate marketing, with the goal of achieving specific performance objectives, such as patient flow, recruitment, or boosting brand awareness.

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THE ROLE:

  • Previous healthcare marketing experience is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid search, or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ad)
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
