Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the area of e-commerce, digital development, marketing or its related field
  • Meticulous in order processing and timely reply to consumers’ enquiries
  • Energetic, customer-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Highly IT literate
  • Proficiency in Adobe Software (i.e. Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Graphic Design will be an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the e-Commerce platforms
  • Contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business
  • Develop new online sales channels
  • Create new online sales promotion to increase revenue
  • Work with third party platforms/ marketplaces to drive revenue via their digital channels
  • Ensure that Products, Promotions, Prices and Content on the e-Commerce platforms are up-to-date and accurate at all times
  • Plan and manage sales forecast to achieve sales targets
  • To prepare reports of past promotional activities and upcoming promotional plans for management review
  • To assist in the business planning and launching of marketing activities
  • Plan and implement marketing activities and campaigns to maximize brand exposure
  • Manage the marketing budget to meet financial and organizational objectives
  • Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers’ orders
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
  • Responsible for content management and marketing management of the company’s website
  • To manage company’s website and social media platforms in terms of overseeing, producing and optimizing online content to augment company’s offerings and mission
  • Develop and evaluate web solutions to meet business needs and ensure that all websites are updated and well-maintained
  • Responsible for all online communications and content creation, write and handle regular post/content and initiate activities on social media platforms
  • To manage issues communications with regard to the social media platforms
  • Work closely with other team members on projects and other operational & retail marketing support matters
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
