We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing efforts across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
Basic knowledge of TikTok and Snapchat campaigns (Setup, budgeting, and reporting).
Build and manage Klaviyo email marketing flows, campaign management, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CVR) and implement data-driven optimizations.
Work with design/content teams to develop creative assets tailored for each platform.
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM parameters.
Monitor site traffic and campaign behavior using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of Shopify store management, including SEO and backend operations, updating stocks, adding/removing products.
Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to management.
