QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing with demonstrated success in both digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding consistency.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.
  • Video marketing and content production knowledge
Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media (organic and paid), email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage company website and landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience (UX), SEO performance, and up-to-date content.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
