Job Description We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to support our Australian Corporate Marketing team. This role supports the implementation of our Australian digital strategy, prioritising and executing digital initiatives and managing the company’s digital platforms. This role sits within the broader award-winning Australian Marketing team and offers access to collaborative network of expert marketers and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Optimise colliers.com.au for visibility, user experience, and lead generation, including new page and template creation, feature roll-outs, and content implementation and optimisation. Support EMS and marketing automation projects, feature rollouts, segmentation, adoption, training, and troubleshooting. Support campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and performance analysis. Analyse data, compile monthly KPIs and quarterly reports, and streamline digital engagement reporting. Drive adoption of digital tools to improve client experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with communications team to strategise on and implement aspects of the shared Australian marketing content calendar to optimise engagement, balancing both organic and paid approaches for performance across platforms. Qualifications EMS and marketing automation tool experience required, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud-specific experience highly desired, including designing and optimizing marketing campaigns. Web CMS experience required, with Sitecore expertise highly desired, including managing and enhancing site for better indexing, citation and user experience. Proven experience in digital data analysis and proficiency in data analysis tools and software, preferably within a marketing context, with exceptional attention to detail.
