JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across social media platforms and Google. You’ll also handle the scheduling and management of posts to ensure our online presence aligns with our brand identity and goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in launching and managing campaigns on social media platforms and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in content creation and basic graphic design.
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing campaigns.
  • A passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing:
  • Launched and managed ad campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Create detailed performance reports to track progress and recommend improvements.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across all social media platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep the audience engaged.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly to ensure audience engagement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality ad creatives and social media content.
  • Align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key metrics for both campaigns and organic posts.
