Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain social media pages
* Plan, create & coordinate social media content
* Handle customer inquiries through social media
* Manage and process website orders
* Manage product listings on third-party platforms
* Handle orders and updates on other e-commerce platforms
* Update product details, prices, images & availability
* Monitor orders and coordinate with the relevant teams
* Track social media performance and engagement
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience
* Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & other social platforms
* Experience with e-commerce/third-party listing platforms
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation
* Ability to multitask and manage daily orders
