Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, PPC, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website and landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to improve search engine rankings.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with online communities.
