Extronics, BARTEC’s innovative Connectivity & IoT brand, is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our expanding team.
Our offices are based in Middlewich, but you will only be required to work 2-3 days onsite, the rest of the time you can work from home. We also offer flexible start and finish times so that you can balance your home commitments without any worry.
Our industry probably won’t be familiar to you as we work within the niche sector of hazardous industries; developing digital solutions for customers which include mobile devices, wireless technologies, tracking solutions and automation. You don’t have to have experience in this area, but the challenge of developing your knowledge should excite you.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, working with a diverse and supportive international team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Content and Campaigns: Supporting the planning, creation, and deployment of marketing content and assets, and assisting in the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • ABM and Events: Contributing to the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution, and helping to organize and support global events and exhibitions.
  • Social Media & SEO: Managing and growing LinkedIn presence and assisting with the management and optimisation of the SEO strategy
  • Website & Product Launches: Uploading and maintaining product documentation and content and supporting new product launches and roadmap-related communications
  • Reporting & Paid Media: Assisting with reporting and analysis of marketing KPIs and digital performance, and helping to manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn).

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a digital-focused role.
  • A marketing degree or relevant qualification.
  • Understanding and experience in deploying digital marketing tactics (e.g., content creation, social, SEO, PPC, email).
  • Experience managing or contributing to LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot) is a plus. A passion for technology and innovation is also a bonus.
