Job Description The Role The Digital Marketing Executive will support the day-to-day management, optimisation and performance of digital marketing channels and the Fastmarkets website. Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, this role will focus on SEO execution, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), paid media setup and website administration. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining data, optimisation, creative and website delivery in a fast-paced B2B environment. Principal Accountabilities Website Management & Administration Support the day-to-day running of the Fastmarkets website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and functioning correctly Publish, update and maintain website content via the CMS, following best practice for SEO, UX and accessibility Troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate fixes with the Website Manager, tech teams or external suppliers Carry out regular content audits to identify outdated, duplicate or underperforming pages Maintain website documentation, processes and admin tasks to support smooth delivery SEO Execution Implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata, internal linking, headings and content optimisation Support technical SEO initiatives such as site health checks, redirects, page speed improvements and indexing issues Work with marketing and editorial teams to ensure content is optimised for organic search Monitor SEO performance and rankings, flagging opportunities and issues to the Website Manager CRO, UX & Testing Support CRO initiatives including A/B testing and experimentation across key landing pages and journeys Assist with the design and build of CRO test variants, including design work for page layouts, components and UX improvements Analyse user behaviour using tools such as GA4 and heatmapping to identify optimisation opportunities Implement UX improvements to improve engagement, usability and conversion performance Paid Media Implementation & Collaboration Support the Paid Media Manager with the hands-on implementation of paid media campaigns across platforms, including account setup, campaign builds, and ongoing maintenance. Assist with keyword research, audience setup, bid adjustments, and budget pacing to ensure campaigns are executed accurately. Build, test, and optimise landing pages in line with CRO best practices to maximise conversion performance. Manage the trafficking and quality assurance of creative assets, ensuring correct formats, specifications, and tracking are in place.
