• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Plan and execute engaging content strategies tailored to the beauty community.
• Manage influencer outreach and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support promotions, product launches, and retail partnerships.
• Maintain and update the website and product listings to enhance user experience and conversions.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to bring stunning visuals and videos to life.
• Stay on top of beauty trends, social platform updates, and industry best practices.
