Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital, with a strong understanding of online marketing channels, data analysis, and a keen eye for optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives. You will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • [X] years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals for all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging and effective digital campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to produce compelling digital assets (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, social media visuals, videos).
  • Ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Analysis & Optimization:
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Staying Current:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
