Hire Digital is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive – Social Media & Digital (6-month Maternity Cover) to join our team. This role is responsible for driving our corporate presence across LinkedIn (priority), Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent, professional, and engaging content aligned with our global guidelines. The ideal candidate has proven hands-on experience managing LinkedIn campaigns for B2B audiences, with the ability to create compelling content, track performance, and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, prioritizing LinkedIn for B2B brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish posts in alignment with corporate branding and group guidelines. Track, analyze, and report on LinkedIn performance (engagement, impressions, lead gen), and recommend improvements. Monitor industry and competitor activity on LinkedIn to identify opportunities. Respond to comments and engage with audiences in a timely and professional manner. Write compelling copy for LinkedIn posts, thought-leadership updates, and product campaigns. Develop basic visuals (using Canva/Adobe or similar tools) or coordinate with designers for multimedia content. Support the execution of regional/global campaigns, adapting assets for LinkedIn audiences. Ensure compliance with corporate brand voice and global digital marketing standards. Requirements At least 3 years of hands-on social media experience, with proven expertise in LinkedIn content management for B2B audiences (campaigns, analytics, reporting). Strong content creation skills: copywriting essential; design/visual skills a plus. Experience working in a regional or global MNC environment preferred. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
