The Digital Marketing Executive will also contribute to Ballykisteen Hotel at a brand level providing and helping to implement the digital and social strategy. This role has to use the latest and most up to date digital and social media techniques and software to ensure that the hotels are always at the leading edge of social and digital.

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring engaging content and effective ad campaigns.
• Support the General Manager and Sales team in meeting sales targets across departments, with a focus on rooms, events, and corporate segments.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand awareness.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews (Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google) to improve guest satisfaction.
• Analyse social media trends and campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future strategies.
• Manage the assigned Digital & Social Media budget and ensure programme milestones relating to Digital & Social Media are achieved on time and within budget.
• Devising email campaigns to drive awareness, leads and sales and monitoring performance of same. Familiarity with email distribution platforms
• Responsible for assisting in the development & execution of the digital marketing strategy reviewing digital marketing efforts on a weekly basis. Liaise with GNH to ensure websites are up-to-date and providing potential customers with relevant information.
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials for print and digital channels (e.g., newspaper ads, radio promotions, signage).
• Collaborate with external designers and photographers to ensure high-quality content creation.
• Assist with the development of annual marketing plans, driving revenue for rooms, restaurants, events, and more.
