The ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual with strong capabilities in digital marketing planning and execution, aligned with the objectives outlined in the Digital Marketing Plan.   Key accountabilities   Knowledgeable in creation and optimizing brand website to drive E-Commerce and user experience that drives room bookings and revenue while demonstrating differentiated brand values. With the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, develop compelling and impactful digital creative and marketing campaigns Utilization of all brand marketing tools in support of all digital marketing campaigns Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KRA) as set by the Digital Marketing Manager With the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, collaborate with internal teams and optimize end-user/consumer experience of The Peninsula Manila digital touchpoints   General Requirements   BS/MS degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Advertising Demonstrate technical know-how in digital publication in creation and developing contents. Analyzing ad campaigns across platforms such Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Performance Marketing -(Search & Display) Analytical acumen to be able to drive analytics driven performances in all digital marketing campaigns and touchpoints Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing At least 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce in the hospitality sector, advertising agency or related field.   We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration.
