DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 p/a
Hours: Flexi-time, Core Office Hours: 09:00am – 16:00pm (Mon-Thurs) & 09:00am – 15:30pm (Fri)
Location: Hybrid, Leicester City Centre

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, ideally within B2B or the events/hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation experience.
  • Marketing Tools: Familiar with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker, always looking for innovative ways to improve and drive fresh ideas.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a creative, driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us expand brand awareness, drive high-quality leads, and support the sales team through powerful, targeted campaigns. The perfect candidate will bring a passion for B2B marketing, solid content creation skills, and experience in both digital and event marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create & Execute Campaigns: Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and SEO to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to design targeted campaigns that convert prospects into clients.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Track campaign performance, measure success, and tweak strategies to drive better results.
  • Promotional Strategies: Craft engaging marketing strategies for upcoming corporate hospitality events.
  • Monitor & Report: Keep an eye on website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaign performance to continuously improve.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality brochures, sales materials, and promotional content to support sales.
