About the Role Looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to assist the founder with branding, content, and operations. A hybrid role covering marketing execution, visual content, admin support, and HR coordination. Responsibilities Create marketing materials & support brand strategy execution Graphic & social media content design (Canva / Adobe) Short-form video editing (CapCut / Jianying etc.) Assist with social media planning & content calendar Support founder on executive tasks & business coordination Assist with HR-related administration & internal coordination Manage documents, communication and workflow organization Requirements 3+ years experience in marketing / creative / EA / operations roles Portfolio demonstrating design sense & content creation ability Skilled in Canva; Adobe experience is a plus Video editing competency (Reels / TikTok / XHS) Strong communication & organizational skills Interest in interior design / creative industry is a plus
