Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in managing PPC campaigns on marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopee, or Lazada.
  • Profound analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong passion for working with data and leveraging it effectively.
  • Proficiency in using PPC analytics tools and keyword research tools.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Monitor key advertising metrics such as TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, and profit margins to evaluate performance and generate actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Track campaign performance using live dashboards and make real-time budget adjustments to capitalize on high-performing days.
  • Conduct daily account checks, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, and placement optimization to ensure efficient ad spend.
  • Continuously optimize keyword strategies by pausing underperformers, scaling high performers, adding negative keywords, and ensuring stock availability.
  • Perform weekly competitor analysis, tracking changes in pricing, promotions, reviews, and share of voice in advertising.
  • Keep performance dashboards up-to-date and deliver clear, concise weekly summaries to the broader team.
  • Document new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key learnings within 48 hours to support team knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
  • Present weekly and monthly performance reports in team meetings, highlighting trends, wins, and areas for improvement.
