As we expand, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strategic mindset, creative flair, and at least two years of experience. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related subject
  • At least two years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills, with excellent English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage digital campaigns across websites, email, social media and events
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content strategy
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A collaborative and helpful approach to teamwork
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a full multi level marketing role where your skills in digital marketing will help shape KSOL’s online presence. You will create impactful campaigns, leverage AI to optimise content and personalise engagement, and contribute to strategies that connect with both parents and students. From trend-focused social media content to performance-based advertising, your work will have real visibility and value.
You will be part of a collaborative marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Manager. Strong graphic skills would be an advantage, though not essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the marketing team, your role will include:

  • Content Creation and Marketing: Develop compelling content that highlights KSOL’s unique Education courses, inspiring families to begin their learning journey with us.
  • Social Media Management: Create engaging social content and foster active online communities of parents and learners.
  • SEO and SEM: Strengthen KSOL’s digital presence with well-crafted, search-optimised content and paid advertising strategies.
  • Email Marketing and CRM: Build personalised email campaigns that resonate with our core audiences.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Use data insights to evaluate campaign success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Paid Ad Campaigns: Plan and deliver paid campaigns that communicate the value of our educational programmes.
  • Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Work with trusted partners to extend our brand reach and engagement.
  • Customer Engagement and Brand Awareness: Support brand growth through positive and authentic community interaction.
