DESIRABLE SKILLS

· Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Suite.
· Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
· Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, and CRO principles.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and SEO.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Manage SEO activities including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategies, and site audits.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), monitor engagement, and analyse performance.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email flows.
  • Data & Analytics: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing activities, measuring ROI and KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement rates.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging digital content, including graphics, copy, and videos.
  • Website Management: Assist with updates to the company website and landing pages to improve user experience, optimize for SEO, and align with current campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and objectives.

TO PERFORM THE ROLE TO A HIGH LEVEL, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a similar role (1-2 years).
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Knowledge of current digital trends, best practices, and tools.
