Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy individual who confident in campaign execution, and has a strong eye for creative design and detail. The incumbent is responsible for creating market awareness of the Company products and services. It involves conceptualization, development and delivery of marketing collateral and campaigns for both offline and online channels.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • With hands-on experience in running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and Shopify CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge to apply and monitor SEO best practices (on-page and off-page)
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and principles (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Yoast).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, a proactive team player, and also a self-starter
  • Preferrable to have understanding of UI/UX principles or experience collaborating with design/development teams on user journeys
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Ensure consistent improvements in organic search performance.
  • Manage & maintain website content to ensure content accuracy and user engagement.
  • Contribute UI/UX insights during website or landing page development to improve user experience
  • Create compelling and brand-aligned marketing creatives
  • Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, A/B testing, database segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Secondary: Provide operational and creative support for major events, product launches, and exhibitions.
