You’ll be involved in everything from social media management and database optimisation to event support and competitor analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /p h3 Responsibilities: /h3 ul li strong Campaign Execution: /strong Create and manage weekly social media campaigns (LinkedIn & Instagram), respond to engagement, and oversee email distribution. /li li strong Website & SEO: /strong Maintain website content, review programmatic SEO, and audit brand assets. /li li strong Market & Competitor Insights: /strong Track competitor activity, report trends, and support data-driven marketing strategies. /li li strong Event & Brand Support: /strong Assist in event logistics, merchandise sourcing, and brand activations. /li li strong Marketing Operations: /strong Manage workflows, automation, duplicate data cleanup, and lead management. /li li strong Creative & Asset Management: /strong Create and manage image assets, print collateral, and G2 review collation. /li li strong Reporting & Insights: /strong Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. /li /ul h3 Requirements: /h3 ul li 3 - 4 years of experience in a marketing role. /li li B2B experience in a startup or scale-up environment. /li li Highly organised with great attention to detail. /li li Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. /li li Proactive and willing to take initiative in optimising marketing processes. /li li Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data. /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills. /li li Experience with product management, social media management, website updates, and marketing automation tools is a plus. /li /ul h3 Interview Process: /h3 ul li strong Discovery Call: /strong with Talent Partner /li li strong 1st Stage: /strong with Katrina Shepherd (Senior Marketing Manager) and Katey Gregory (Content Marketing Lead) - 30-45 minutes via Google Meets /li li strong 2nd Stage: /strong with Katrina Shepherd and Katey Gregory - 45 minutes Task interview via Google Meets /li li strong Executive Review: /strong with Akua Appiah-Ampofo (VP of People) + Joao Martires (COO) /li /ul h3 Why YunoJuno: /h3 p Aside from our people, culture, and mission, there are a variety of additional benefits that help make YJ a great place to work!
