We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years’ experience who is ready for the next big step. If you want to sharpen your skills, take ownership of high-impact campaigns, and grow your career, this role is for you!
This isn’t a back-seat role. You’ll be hands-on, working with big budgets, ambitious revenue targets, and cutting-edge tools (including AI as a genuine part of our team). You’ll collaborate across marketing, eCommerce, creative, and commercial functions, and see the direct impact of your work in driving sales and shaping one of Ireland’s most exciting fitness brands.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of segmentation, retargeting, and advanced audience strategies.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce CMS platforms.
  • Experience with creative testing and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer journey, increasing engagement, and driving sales. This role requires an analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
It’s an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about paid media, performance marketing, and enjoys working in a dynamic eCommerce environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat &Pinterest) and search platforms (Google & Bing).
  • Manage and update digital ad assets, including copy, creative, and product feeds, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Recommend new A/B tests, channel opportunities, or tools to help achieve performance goals.
  • Support email & SMS marketing by analysing customer segments and developing targeting plans to optimise customer journeys.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with weekly and monthly reporting using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Triple Whale, and Klaviyo.
  • Use data and insights to support campaign optimisation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure message consistency and content alignment across platforms.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign planning and innovation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, algorithm change, digital marketing trends and the use of AI in digital.
  • Work closely with our photographer/videographer and social media creator to ensure paid campaigns are fuelled by fresh, impactful content.
