Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing engaging social media strategies to grow brand presence and drive engagement within the cookware and home lifestyle space.
  • Create, curate, and schedule visually appealing, product-focused content across digital platforms, maintaining consistency with brand voice and seasonal trends.
  • Adapt and repurpose design assets for various digital formats, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Support the management and maintenance of the company website, including product listings, homepage banners, and blog content.
  • Manage and update listings on e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon), ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and promotional readiness.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing brand storefronts on retailer.com platforms, coordinating with internal stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Support the planning and execution of live streaming sessions, including product demonstrations, campaign tie-ins, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of online and offline events, retail activations, and product showcases to boost brand awareness and customer interaction.
  • Help plan and roll out digital promotions and seasonal campaigns across various channels to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with influencers, home cooks, and lifestyle creators to promote products through authentic and engaging content.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution across touchpoints.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insights to support continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not necessary

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Basic understanding of Ecommerce protocols (SEO, HTML, CRM)
  • Basic understanding of Google Suite – Analytics & Ads
  • Basic Microsoft Suite competency
  • Experience using ERP (Shopify) and email marketing platform (Klaviyo) preferred
  • Familiar marketplace platforms - Shopee, Lazada, etc.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year Ecommerce experience preferred but not necessary
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Collaboration experience working with different people
