Description

Role Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media, website updates, and content creation. You’ll produce engaging graphics and video content, optimise website performance, and support marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Scope of Role:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Maintain and update website content using WordPress, ensuring it remains fresh, relevant, and optimised for user experience.
  • Assist the Content Marketing Executive in aligning web and campaign content with our strategy.
  • Design creative, high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media, the website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and edit short-form video content for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Track and report on key digital marketing metrics to optimise campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.

This role requires flexibility and completion of other duties, which may be required at the discretion of the Management Team.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies (E)
  • Proficiency in WordPress for website content management (E)
  • Skilled in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (E)
  • Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar (D)
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail (E)
  • Understanding of SEO and its impact (D)
  • Experience in Marketing Cloud (D)
  • Experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry (D)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects (E)
  • Interest in financial services and the UK retirement landscape (D)
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills (E)
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach (E)
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure (E)
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field (E)

Accountabilities & Working Relationships

  • Working within the Marketing team.
  • Accountable to the Head of Marketing.

Working Environment & Hours

  • Based in Doncaster.
  • Monday to Friday 0900-1730.
  • 24 days annual leave.
