National Beauty Distribution (NBD) is Ireland's leading importer and wholesaler for the professional beauty and haircare industry. Our portfolio spans over 40 brands, from distributed names like KEVIN.MURPHY, ELEVEN Australia, O Cosmedics, K18, Color Wow and Sundae Body to our own house of brands, including Bare by Vogue and Luna, and we work with some of the biggest names in beauty, from independent salons to global players like Estée Lauder.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, supporting the team through a period of change within the department. Working closely with our E-commerce Manager, this is a broad, hands-on entry-level role supporting e-commerce, email marketing, social media and day-to-day marketing activity, so you'll get exposure across the full digital mix rather than sitting in just one lane.

It's a great opportunity to build a well-rounded digital marketing skillset within a growing, well-known business, with plenty of support and guidance along the way as you find your feet.

What You'll Do

• Support the upkeep of our e-commerce platforms, including uploading and updating product listings, images and descriptions.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing activity, from email campaigns to promotional materials for our brands and trade partners.
• Support the wider Marketing Commercial teams with general admin and coordination as campaigns and launches come together.
• Plan, create and schedule content across NBD's social media channels, keeping our brand voice consistent across our portfolio.
• Monitor social media and website performance, helping to pull together simple reports on what's working.
• Keep an eye on trends and activity across the beauty and haircare space, flagging ideas worth exploring.

What You'll Bring

• A genuine interest in social media, e-commerce and digital marketing, whether from study, work experience or your own projects.
• Good written communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Comfortable picking up new platforms and tools, with basic familiarity with social media channels and content creation.
• A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to juggle a few tasks at once.
• A team player who's happy to get involved and learn as you go.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Some prior work experience, whether part-time, an internship or a college placement.
• Experience within the beauty, haircare or wider FMCG industry would be a distinct advantage.
• Any hands-on exposure to e-commerce platforms would be a distinct advantage.
• A relevant qualification in marketing, business or a related discipline is a plus, though not essential.
