QUALIFICATIONS:

• Marketing related degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in social media marketing
• Proficient with Microsoft office and Google suite applications
• Experience in using Canva
• Experience in working with Shopify (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Development and execution of the online marketing strategy
• Social media management – content creation and driving engagement with online community. Responding to enquiries promptly and providing outstanding customer service at all times.
• Come up with innovative ideas to develop and grow the company’s online presence
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns
• SEO/SEM development
• Create and develop engaging digital content
• Analyse data/performance of marketing activities
• Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Sales & Marketing Director on various product/brand promotions
• Loading drivers
• Picking of products
• Packing products for our Ecommerce customers
• Stock counting and reporting
