Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on TikTok and social media platforms. The role will involve planning, creating, and optimizing engaging content to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and lead generation for our clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in TikTok marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Creative skills in video editing, graphic design, and content creation (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to prepare performance reports.
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to grow the clinic’s digital presence.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage TikTok campaigns and short-form video content to increase reach and engagement.
  • Manage the clinic’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop content calendars and post regularly with engaging captions, visuals, and videos.
  • Run advertising campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, sounds, and social media strategies to ensure relevant and creative content.
  • Respond to comments and messages and engage with followers to build community.
  • Collaborate with the medical and admin team to highlight clinic services, promotions, and patient success stories (while respecting patient confidentiality).
  • Support marketing events, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
