The Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing & Creative Skills Trainer / Executive with strong practical industry experience who can train learners to an advanced, job-ready level while also supporting PINNACLE’s digital marketing and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver advanced training in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Video Editing and Graphic Design.

* Train learners in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads/PPC, content strategy, analytics and lead generation.

* Teach professional Reels, short-form video, promotional content and social media content creation.

* Train learners in graphic design, branding, presentations and digital marketing creatives.

* Use and teach modern AI-powered marketing and creative tools.

* Develop practical projects, assignments and real-world case studies.

* Mentor learners and help them build job-ready portfolios.

* Keep training content aligned with current industry trends and tools.

* Support PINNACLE’s own digital marketing, content and creative activities when required.

Ideal Candidate

* Strong digital marketing practitioner AND trainer.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills.

* Practical, creative and industry-focused.

* Able to train beginner to advanced learners.

* Passionate about teaching, mentoring and developing people.

* Comfortable with modern digital marketing, design, video and AI tools.

Requirements

* 3+ years of practical experience in Digital Marketing and/or Creative Production.

* Previous training/teaching experience is highly preferred.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, content, graphic design and video work.

* Relevant bachelor’s degree or professional qualification preferred.
