The Role will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and play a pivotal role in driving all aspects of sales, marketing, media, and social media promotions for the hotel, both nationally and internationally. This includes spearheading digital marketing initiatives, social media strategy, analytics, database management, printing, proofing, and advertising.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing & Advertising: Lead the execution of dynamic paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and PPC to boost event registrations and elevate brand awareness. Optimize website content for SEO, enhancing our search rankings and digital visibility. Analyze campaign performance diligently, leveraging data insights to continuously improve results. Conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to engage previous participants while attracting new runners.
• CRM & Database Management:Expertly manage customer databases to facilitate effective audience segmentation and personalized marketing. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, enhance engagement, and implement automation that enriches the customer journey and boosts retention. Ensure precise data collection to support targeted marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, along with relevant experience.
• A solid background of 1-2 years in a digital marketing role, preferably within a 5-star hotel Sales & Marketing department or in an event management and digital marketing context.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.
