The ideal candidate will handle everyday online marketing for the organization by assisting in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should be able to do market research and create content to increase brand awareness. A candidate with previous marketing experience and who is able to monitor the company's social media presence will be preferred. Tasks Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing plans across multiple channels including, but not limited to, email, social media, web, and paid advertising. Brainstorm and formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers. Design, maintain and supply high-quality content for the organization's website/social media accounts. Manage, monitor, and grow social media accounts by creating and/or curating relevant and shareable content, participating in online conversations, and monitoring metrics. Building relationships with clients by explaining their options, answering questions, and providing support throughout the process. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and be able to effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders. Generate analysis reports periodically and optimize tasks accordingly. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2 years or more experience is preferred. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts. Strong creative skills with good hands-on experience in using different creative software tools. Possess a positive attitude, sound judgment, team spirit, and top-level professionalism. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and deliver top-quality jobs consistently.
