EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Ideally educated to degree level in a marketing, data science or business-related discipline, with demonstrable relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing fields related to the banking or industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of providing innovative and creative ideas to drive and increase revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English.
  • Strong customer services and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work with MS office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Carry SEO skillsets including GA4, Appflyers, etc

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital marketing, branding, PR and event.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to implement marketing programmes.
  • Track programme results and conduct detailed performance analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing channels for promotions on online and offline platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, X, and the website.
  • Assist in digital marketing efforts, such as website optimisation, SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and enhancing UX/UI.
  • Organise and execute events, including CSR events, symposiums, seminars, exhibitions, and briefing sessions.
  • Coordinate operational and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers to plan and develop creative marketing materials.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required.
