JOB SUMMARY

LAPP APAC is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) . Based in our Singapore regional hub, this role will be instrumental in driving our digital presence and lead generation efforts across various APAC markets. You’ll work closely with the regional marketing team and local country teams, and will also report directly to the Global In-Charge of SEO/SEM. This ensures alignment with global digital strategies and provides opportunities for advanced learning and collaboration. A key aspect of this role will be staying abreast of the rapidly evolving landscape of AI in SEO and adapting strategies accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
  • Hands-on experience with Econda Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Baidu, Naver, and Yahoo! Japan is essential.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated interest in and willingness to learn about the impact of Artificial Intelligence on search engine optimization and marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a B2B environment or the manufacturing/industrial sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage as the candidate will be liaising with counterparts from China, Japan & Korea.
