JOB DESCRIPTION: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position Overview: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to implement effective campaigns across various online channels. The Digital Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through the execution of data-driven digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Higher diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Plan, create, and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  2. Monitor and optimize campaigns: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for improved results and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  3. Content creation and management: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  4. Social media management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.
  5. Website management: Regularly update and optimize website content to enhance user experience and drive organic traffic. Monitor website performance using analytics tools and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  6. Email marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, creating compelling content, and segmenting target audiences. Monitor email performance metrics and implement strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  7. Paid advertising: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks. Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, and monitor budgets to drive qualified traffic and achieve campaign goals.
  8. Market research and competitor analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and propose innovative strategies.
  9. Reporting and analytics: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights and recommendations to the management team. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign success, customer behavior, and website performance.
  10. Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as required.
