EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Demonstrable digital marketing experience in a similar role
  • Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, and lead generation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data interpretation
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics
  • Understanding and experience of using WordPress
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proven experience of using social media channels for business
Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content Creation: Write engaging blogs, articles, press releases, and marketing copy aligned with the brand’s tone and strategy
  • Email Marketing: Design and deliver segmented email campaigns; manage automation workflows; track and report on key metrics
  • PPC & Paid Advertising: Manage and optimise digital ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of websites, campaigns, and digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, providing data driven insights
  • Website Management & SEO: Write website content; optimise for SEO and user experience; track site performance and implement improvements
  • Reporting and Insights: Compile performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns
  • Thought Leadership and Market Research: Develop industry reports and case studies; gather insights on target audiences, competitors and market trends
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Undertaking any other duties to meet personal, team and business objectives

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create and schedule content across platforms; engage with followers; monitor trends and platform performance
  • PR & Influencer Marketing: Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers; secure press coverage; support brand visibility through outreach efforts
  • Video and Multimedia Content: Collaborate on or producing engaging video and multimedia assets for digital channels
  • Design & Branding Support: Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals across ads, social content, web assets and marketing materials
  • Events and Webinars: Plan and execute trade shows, webinars; coordinate logistics and promotional activities
