The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services.
To be a good fit for this role we expect you to have the relevant B2B digital experience across owned, earned and paid for channels. You will bring a fact based, test and learn approach to your thinking ensuring that your plan is aligned to our marketing and business strategy.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role in a high growth environment, that requires excellent communication, organisation and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels including paid advertising, organic SEO and social media.
Support with website; finding and fixing routine website page errors or supporting with page updates and support with building landing pages on current site.
Liaise with team to monitor performance and maintain quality of “positive responses” (forms or livechats completed on the website).
Identify trends and insights, optimise spend and performance based on the insights. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns through various channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies along with the Digital Manager.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
What we're looking for
Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Proven track record in paid campaign activity.
Commercially driven and used to working to KPIs.
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels. Strong knowledge using Wordpress.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Understanding and experience in Hubspot CRM.
BS/MS degree in marketing or at least 3-5 years experience within the digital field.
