We currently have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in the Cork Office.
Full Time Role. In Person/ Hybrid Position.

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS

• Two Years experience in a similar role
• A qualification in Digital marketing is a distinct advantage.
• Interest and background in agriculture is an advantage.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Video Editing software and Social Media Analytics.
• Knowledge and experience across all social media channels. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn.)
• Understanding and knowledge of the agricultural industry.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A strong writer, capable of producing high quality and creative content.
• Experience in website content management systems and SEO Optimization.
• Comfortable working alongside a wider team, engaging with the Sales Department, Agri Advisors and the farming community on potential digital opportunities.
• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle

• Manage and optimize Tom Harte Farm Services social media presence, with a focus on building a strong online presence and engaging visually with the audience.
• Create compelling content across all social media channels including copy, graphic and videos, tailoring content to specific channels as and when appropriate. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all online touchpoints.
• Build and manage a rich monthly content calendar for Tom Harte Farm Services that attracts a qualified audience.
• Attend and create digital content for all social media platforms at events such as Agricultural Shows, Open Days and Networking Events.
• Create, and manage paid social media campaigns.
• Measure, report and analyse the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. This includes creating analytical reports to track trends, drive traffic and increases followers.
• Responsible for Website Content Management of www.tomharte.ie including SEO optimization.
• Oversee Email Marketing Campaigns.
