Location: Kent Office Based

We are scaling rapidly and need a Marketing & Content Assistant to help us deliver consistent, high-quality content across social media, YouTube, podcasts, blogs, and events.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves content creation, social media, and marketing execution. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director (Musa) and Managing Director (Omer) to bring our brands to life online.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Repurpose podcast & video content into short-form clips for YouTube Shorts/Reels/TikTok.
  • Upload and optimise YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, tags).
  • Support podcast production and distribution (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
  • Draft and publish blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Help promote events, workshops, and launches.
  • Keep content calendars updated and ensure consistent publishing.
  • Support design tasks using Canva/Adobe (thumbnails, posts, flyers).

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Social media management experience.
  • Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).
  • Strong written English for blogs, captions, and newsletters.
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Podcast production experience.
  • Website/CMS knowledge (WordPress).
  • Email marketing skills (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Interest in property, finance, or real estate.

  • 2+ podcasts & 4 YouTube videos live per month.
  • Growth in YouTube subscribers, LinkedIn followers & engagement.
  • Consistent blog/newsletter content delivered.
