We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Executive with a sharp eye for data, a strategic mind, and proven experience in running digital campaigns that perform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on tracking, refining, automating, and optimising and wants full visibility over the impact of their work.
You’ll be the key driver of our digital engine managing HubSpot, email flows, YouTube and Meta advertising, SEO, and PPC strategy. This is data-led digital marketing with measurable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • HubSpot ownership - Implement, manage, and optimise CRM workflows, lead tracking, reporting dashboards, and automation
  • Performance marketing - Plan and execute YouTube Ads, Meta campaigns, SEO initiatives, and Google PPC with a focus on ROI
  • Lead management - Qualify inbound marketing leads, monitor conversion metrics, and provide actionable insight weekly
  • Data & analytics - Report on performance across all digital channels, pulling from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, and YouTube Studio
  • Email marketing - Build and run high-performing newsletters, automated workflows, and customer nurture journeys
  • Website performance - Oversee landing page creation, SEO integration, and support ongoing web improvements and tracking
  • Paid ads - Build and optimise Meta Ad campaigns, manage audiences, creative, and budget in line with objectives
  • Campaign support - Contribute to digital strategy across referral schemes, influencer activations, and broader brand projects
