Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the company’s digital department. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative person who can demonstrate a passion for digital marketing management, whilst also providing support to the wider Digital team.

REQUIREMENTS:

. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing would be beneficial.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
. Experience and knowledge of Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
. Experience and knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
. Experience and knowledge of YouTube.
. Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box.
. Good understanding of Shopify.
The role offers an immediate start for the suitable candidate.

Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing
. Manage the marketing of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok), creating engaging content for campaigns, enhancing brand awareness and engagement with our audience.
. Manage our YouTube page to regularly post engaging content to raise our brand awareness.
. Implement and manage the company’s social media campaign calendar, to create regular, scheduled posts to regularly interact with our audience.
Email Marketing
. Design, write and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
. Analyse campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
. Maintain our marketing email list and databases.
