Goldman Marketing Group is a Great Place to Work Certified company, and we’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist.
As Digital Marketing Manager at Goldman Marketing Group, you will be accountable for driving new high-quality patients who find the practice online, retaining patients, and converting patients through a cohesive digital marketing strategy. To ensure an ideal online presence, each practice and provider should be easy to find online and the website should convince them to convert to become a new patient. The overall strategy may include a combination of email, SMS, CRO, copywriting, search, paid, social, content, online reputation, and other digital marketing strategies.
Executing the digital marketing strategy for a specific set of clients, you will ensure content is leveraged throughout and kept consistent across campaigns. You will work in alignment with the client-facing marketing team to ensure strategies are in alignment with the client’s messaging, aesthetic, goals, and evolving needs. You will leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital marketing strategies. Your ultimate goal is to drive the maximum value for GMG and GMG clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working in/with digital marketing agencies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in GA4, High Level, Google AdWords, Google keyword planner, GSC, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Unbounce, WordPress, Divi, Shopify, GSuite including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Adobe Suite, Canva, Dropbox, and the ability to quickly learn any new software added to the GMG or Client tech stack
  • Demonstrated expert ability to integrate AI and technological innovations within the digital marketing process, showing tangible improvements in efficiency and results
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to foster innovation, streamline workflows, and enhance product quality, with a focus on maintaining GMG’s competitive edge in the digital marketing space.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, and specifically the aesthetic industry in America including keywords for conditions, treatments, and surgeries, and understanding the target audience, their pain points, and journey.
  • Strong and fast at-home internet connection and home office to allow for multiple video calls throughout the day

SCHEDULE:

  • 8-hour shift, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Work Location: 100% remote
  • Travel: Occasional paid travel opportunities

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Marketing Management for Select Clients
  • Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s goals, target audience, pain points, key procedures, and how digital marketing strategies roll up into the big-picture marketing strategy.
  • Assign work requests to production for website programming edits, design assets, copywriting, and other needs to get the best possible product to support digital marketing strategies
  • Participate in internal meetings to ensure that the asset development process will support the success of digital marketing campaigns
