We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator (also known as Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, or Digital Marketing Specialist) to join our Calgary team.
This role is a blend of digital marketing, creative design, and production support. You will not only manage campaigns, content creation, and social media but also handle design coordinator tasks that are crucial to our product customization process. This includes pre-press preparation, creating virtual proofs, adjusting client logos for production, and developing designs for branded merchandise.
You will work closely with our account managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure brand consistency, high-quality visuals, and timely delivery of marketing and promotional materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (pre-press or print production experience is an asset).
• Knowledge of branding guidelines, file formats, and resolution requirements for print and digital media.
• Interest in technology, trends, and new marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Preferred skills: photography, e-commerce product trends, WordPress.
