This position, reporting to the Commercial Excellence Head, will be based in Obour and hired under Legacy Amoun (part of Arcera) employment contract. Main duties Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all channels (web, social, email, paid media). Manage performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI. Oversee content strategy and digital storytelling aligned with brand and business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and commercial initiatives. Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing performance. Analyze digital metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Manage digital marketing budget and agency relationships. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation. Support CRM and personalization strategies to enhance customer experience. Direct marketing automation and data-driven targeting initiatives. Support the transformation towards the OCE/NGE era within the relevant stakeholders Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles. Strong knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and analytics. Proven experience in managing Omni-channel campaigns and driving results. Excellent communication and project management skills. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability. Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and performance tracking tools. Ability to translate data into actionable engagement strategies. Proficient in English (spoken and written).
