This role focuses on driving sales growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for executing online campaigns, managing social media presence, optimizing email marketing initiatives, and utilizing SEO techniques to improve visibility and lead generation. Collaboration with the sales team is crucial to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and to ensure effective communication of brand value to potential customers. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales role in IT Consulting/ IT Software, with a clear track record of exceeding targets. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is highly preferred. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited university. Leadership Acumen: Demonstrable ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team. Strategic Thinker: Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be fully proficient in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
