JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us enhance our online presence and drive traffic and engagement through various digital channels. This role will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize performance across platforms such as Google, social media, and email.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Photo shop, design, video and photography etc
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Certifications (Optional but Preferred): Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute effective campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Content Strategy: Plan and produce high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and more.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize websites and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and performance. Run paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, engage with audiences, and track trends to grow brand presence and engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other metrics platforms to measure the success of campaigns and report on ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests on different campaign strategies to understand what works best for the target audience.
  • Branding & Positioning: Work with the creative team to ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand’s voice and positioning.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, Content) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and technology to ensure strategies are relevant.
