JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales in the Bengali-speaking market. Your role will involve working with our marketing, creative, and product teams to create culturally relevant campaigns and manage all digital channels effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of Bengali culture, language, and beauty trends.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience in running successful influencer campaigns and paid ads.
  • Ability to create and edit engaging content in Bengali.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Strong communication skills, both in Bengali and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the Bengali cosmetics market. This includes SEO, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling content in Bengali for various platforms (social media, website, email newsletters, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the brand’s presence on key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Engage with influencers and local beauty bloggers to amplify the brand message.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid media campaigns on social platforms and Google Ads. Use analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure effective ROI.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and build relationships with Bengali influencers to promote products through reviews, tutorials, and brand partnerships.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media, maintaining a positive and professional online presence. Encourage user-generated content and customer reviews.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly to meet goals.
